the lovely bride at the wedding today has informed me she does not want anyone to see the photos before her does not want any sent to the local newspaper and does not want any posted on the internet phew!!!!!!

is that all i said [he he]

be glad when this ones done and dusted

no more weddings booked for this year.

got a portrait tom and thats it.

go back to strolling around and taking photos of wotever takes my fancy

i want to cocentrate on flowers so i will be needing a lot of help from you guys

A lot of customers would get a bit peeved at folks seeing their shots before them so it's kind of understandable.
 
Might wanna keep threads together :) Understandable that they don't want their faces plastered over the net though.
 
The copyright is yours, you should be making them sign a contract that says you have the right to use the picture for publication. Your contract should be in effect a model release form.

you should see what i charge for extra prints you would have a fit ha ha.

i do it as a paying hobby so i dont really mind.

i would not like my pic on the web.

and i will never put childrens pics up

I think you still need a contract it covers you for all sorts of things. I will email you a copy of my contract if you want. You can then change all the details in word for your own weddings.

Most of the work I do has this in it's contract, but from a point of politeness I never display any images before the client has seen them and is happy.

How else do you want me to send it ?. Have you not got Winzip or Winra on you PC. It was sent as a Winra file, how come you cant open it ?.
