What's yours......

Simple question, huh?

I have been a little slack of late and so today I bought sync buddy and have had a clean up.

I archive most of my old stuff to my NAS and keep 3 years of photos on my mac drive. Have done a full back up to an external with Time Machine and plan to have the mac drive sync with the NAS (sync buddy can do that I think). Sounds about right, right?

Probably ok, but think about fire, theft, burglary, hardware failure etc.

All my photos are stored on my PC hard drive, and I use synology cloud station to sync my PC with my NAS. That way I don't have to suffer any network lags in pulling files off the network, it's all local.

I then have another NAS at my parents house and use the rsync facility to perform backups. This gives me nightly remote/offsite backups, and so the ability to restore everything should something drastic happen.
