Backup/synching program for PC

Im after a few suggestion for a backup/synching program for a pc
I always make two copies of my pictures when I put them on my PC, its for more when I edit my shots, a few of my projects tend to on an edit when you got time basis.
Im after a program that will compare 2 folders and either backup changed files or delete files that I have removed. Hope that makes sense

SyncToy from Microsoft is a good free piece of software

Used until changed to macs, wish they did fo them.

There's a free version that is restricted to number of files but fine to try out if you like it

I've been using Karen's Replicator for a few years and it should meet your needs perfectly. It is free software.

allway sync is good, the free one is restricted one the amount of data you can transfer but its not exactly expensive to upgrade

thanks all. Will give a couple of a try, they sound just whatim after
