Backpack for mirrorless?

Having moved back to M4/3 I need a bag for a Panasonic GX80 and 3 lenses (a 12-35 and a couple of Canon FD primes).

Any bags I've had in the past have clearly been designed with DSLRs in mind and have left smaller bodies bouncing around inside! So does anyone have any recommendations for a backpack type bag that's more suitable for a smaller system?

I've seen some nice shoulder type bags but id prefer a backpack because I tend to clamber about abandoned buildings etc quite alot and I'm not sure how a shoulder bag would cope. I'm not wanting to break the bank but I need something that will take a bit of abuse!

Any ideas?
 
I have been looking at the Crumpler half roady backpacks as I need it to have space for flask / food etc. Currently have a lowepro fastpack 350 but it's overkill for my XT2

I have a Lowepro Photosport 200AW which I use when I'm travelling and it suits my m43 needs well, it might work for you too although it is designed to be lightweight for hiking etc so might not be tough enough for your needs (although how often do these things rip/break?)

In the side opening equipment bit it fits a camera with 40-150 pro attached and the 12-40 pro alongside, I can put my PL100-400 in the main compartment along with accessories and a coat/jumper, binoculars, food etc and I can use the side pocket to hold a tripod and strap it in with some of the strap, batteries go in the hip strap pockets, fresh in one side and used in the other. A 12" macbook fits in the bladder pouch so I can get FFE of 24-800mm and editing kit all in a small rucksack which is perfect for travel.

After trying several I've settled on the Lowepro Flipside Sport 10L AW for my mirrorless kit. I take it mountain biking so the compact 'sport' design and bright orange finish are perfect.

This is the bag I use for walking / hillwalking in the Lake District, and it is absolutely superb. The cinching mechanism for the main camera storage compartment prevents things from moving around ((works like pulling laces tight on a shoe), and it is very comfortable to wear all day long.

I've got a Lowepro Protatic 350 for when I want to carry most of my kit. It'll fit a gripped X-T1 with the 100-400 plus an X-T10 and assorted lenses. Strap a tripod to the side and it's pretty comfortable to carry for the day.

If I want to travel light, I've got a Think Tank Turnstyle 20 - it'll easily fit the two Fujis, a 3rd lens and sunglasses etc.
 
Also consider a small belt pack. I don't take any shoulder bag when I'm out shooting. The MFT camera is on a shoulder sling, and the small belt pack has a few lenses filters and batteries. Leaving me free to climb on rocks or be unhindered in crowds.

I'm not going back to lugging unnecessary junk with me any more to slow me down.
