backing up/syncronising a pen drive

like many people i seem to carry my work around with me on a pendrive so i can access anything anywhere however i live in fear of loosing the bloody thing!


im after some software which will allow me to automatically sync my pen drive/usb stick/whatever you call 'em with my computer when i plug it in and sycnronise the computer folder with whats on the pendrive.

anyone got any recommendations as ive struggled to find anything doing google searches (all it seems to bring up is recovery programs)


surely my needs cant be that specialist or is just a case of not typing the right thing into google!

Sounds like you need to set up a folder pair

Synctoys now works with Win 7

I use allwaysync which is free, also good for network backups

sorry meant to say i got synctoys working, i have to do it manually though which is no bad thing, i was trying to get it working by running a windows task scedule but couldnt get it working properly.
