Well I have picked up a wall mount for backgrounds at a great price. It will hold 3 different rolls.

Wondered what your suggestions are on colours.

I was thinking, white and black

Them maybe a textured grey or something for some portrait work.

Any thoughts or input.

Depends how much space you have. Grey is the most adaptable as you can blow it to white, let it go to black, use it as grey or gell a flash and colour it. It will need some space though.

Black, white, colour of your choice maybe... You could grab a chroma key roll, that way most things are covered. Use your white for high key stuff, and also for grey bg's by under-lighting it. Black BG pretty much covers itself... I personally HATE textured BG's, but each to their own.

I'd personally just get black and white, you can always use gels to colour the BG. That is unless you shoot a specific colour a lot, in which case get that :D
