Back-up/Synchronisation Software

I've been using SmartSync Pro to enable me to back-up files across 3 hard-drives for the last 3 years. I thought it was about time I updated the software ($45) but before I do, I thought I'd ask around and see if anyone has any recommendations on software they have used. I've also been looking at DirSyncPro which looks like a possible alternative

Same here, used to use SyncToy before ... but it fails with loads of files. SyncBack so far been good to me, no issues detected, definitely worth recommending and it's also free.

How much data are you talking about? Are they all on the same machine? Same network?

I use syncback for backups of NAS - works well (especially for free).
