b&h photo anyone used them?

Don't forget 11% tax if you buy in store, and import duty if you get it shipped here.

and when you select to ship to UK they automatically add Import duty and VAT

Plus there's at least $50 shipping charge to the UK....

The current exchange rate is 1.62 $ to the £, so that brings the price closer to £172, not £153?

Ok so might be best to go with one of the other retailers at about £185.

In the UK? I don't know how Canon's warranty works but a non UK sourced item might cause issues with warranties?

You can get a UK one for £193 from Jacobs

Jacobs code if your going to use them

"Save £12 on orders over £150, using code JAN12"

You could go through quidco too 3.5% cashback

b&h is the best store I have ever been in. Surreal to say the least. It was camera heaven.

It's a great store and I've used them to ship stuff to the UK before but as people say, there is shipping, import duty and VAT to contend with so its not worth it for most things...
