Just purchased this ten stop ND filter and I find produces very warm tones and in direct light produces a magenta cast. For a filter of this price I am very disappointed , has anyone else had same problem with this filter?

Most of the 10 stop filters give slightly unnatural colours and this is due to how the sensor reacts to different frequencies of light, it's not so much of an issue at fast exposures but the longer the exposure the more the change will be.

Now the good news on digital for an ND filter it shouldn't be too much of an issue just do a custom white balance before you shoot or shoot raw and correct in PP, it becomes much more of an issue with graduated ND filters as if you try to correct for a colour biased ND grad filter it will change the unfiltered portion too and make that incorrect.

It is a lot more important for an ND grad to be a neutral grey than a full ND one.

Thanks have noticed it very easy to correct but at that price point I would expect it to be neutral or I could have just purchased a cheap one with same results . Now I have a expensive filter I still have to correct

Don't be fooled by cheap 10 stoppers (the likes of what you see on ebay). I've seen a couple and they are no more a 10 stopper than flying air, especially when you can still meter through the view finder too!
You pay a premium for a good filter to be manufactured to meet it's intentions and given such things as multiple coatings applied to prevent ghosting and flair.
