Most of the 10 stop filters give slightly unnatural colours and this is due to how the sensor reacts to different frequencies of light, it's not so much of an issue at fast exposures but the longer the exposure the more the change will be.
Now the good news on digital for an ND filter it shouldn't be too much of an issue just do a custom white balance before you shoot or shoot raw and correct in PP, it becomes much more of an issue with graduated ND filters as if you try to correct for a colour biased ND grad filter it will change the unfiltered portion too and make that incorrect.
It is a lot more important for an ND grad to be a neutral grey than a full ND one.
