The worst ever photography I have seen was video rather than still. Someone videoing a wedding managed to have it stopped when it should be recording and recording when it should be stopped so the whole video was with the camera pointing at the ground, occasionally being brought up to frame the couple/guests - at which point it was turned off, only to be turned on again to see the couple/guests momentarily as it returned to its pointing at the floor position to further document its travel around the venue!
