So, how many of you have used a real, accurate picture of yourselves as your avatar.
Just asking, as I have just put up an avatar - depending on what replies this thread gets I may reveal if this is me, was me, or is not me (gotta hope it is not me nowadays though..)

You do Joe :p Mine is a good representation of how I feel at the moment with my dark side coming out more and feeling overly critical of things. I used to roll with an actual photo of me, sniffing my fingers...
 
OK, confession time..
Mine was me when 16 - It was my passport picture, and was taken after a heavy night, (no, really..) and I had passed out on the floor of the Post Office, before coming round to find my mate had hauled me into the booth and inserted my last few coins.
You may be pleased for my mothers sake to know time has been fairly kind to me since then...

I have to say, that with only a very few (mainly female, if that is not too sexist) exceptions, it is fairly clear why we are all on the 'other' side of the camera normally...

Steve - now I am publicly going to have to own up that the picture has me in it in a sort of DNA way. You really wouldn't want to see the public face. :gag:
