I'm guessing something like a D3 and 70-200 f/2.8 ramped up to ISO 25600 might have been used for these

The pics themselves aren't all that, but technically I'm impressed... something like this wouldn't have been possible without flash until the last 6-12 months.

Hmm? ISO 25600 on medium format is doable, pushing film.

I think some extreme cropping played a part here too judging by the size of the noise.

The D3 has a 25600 ISO option.

I also agree with pxl8.

The story is quite funny, too. Lily Allen is one of those people who just shouldn't be as rich as she is.

Paris Hilton falls into that category as well.

I would say high-ish ISO, big crop, or ripped off a poor quality video.
