Autostitch question

How do people go about editing images they've shot in RAW in autostich? Do you have to simply forgo the luxury of RAW, convert your pictures to JPEG and do what you can with the stiched image?

Weary of editing in RAW before I stich incase it looks different or should I just edit as a batch and then stitch?

Can't help I'm afraid, but I'm interested in a solution to this. I've been using the cool feature in ps but as you say I've converted to jpeg then done it.

I play with the raw version of one shot then apply it to all the rest of the series in Lightroom - then export and run through the stitching software
