Auto ISO issues in Manual on D3.

For some reason, when setting this using the Manual exposure program the auto ISO does not work. It works fine on the D200's. Have Nikon changed something? I usually set auto ISO when there is choppy light or if I want specific shutter and aperture settings.

I am probably being completely retarded and missing something :bonk:.
 
I know a load of togs are using the D3 in this way for sports, but I've never tried it myself. Give me 10 ;)

OK just tried it, no problems here. Remember to set the base ISO low or it won't work. I.E. hold the ISO button and then turn the base ISO down lower than your max ISO in Auto ISO. The base ISO is the lowest it will go.
