My photographs always had my name as the author in properties, but now it seems to have gone.:shrug:

But I can't for the life of me find out how I actually put it on there?
Can anyone remind me please?

I do it on import to lightroom so it becomes part of the exif data, its an option on import hth

You need Canon's 'EOS Utility' Spence. It has a 'tools' section (hammer /spanner icon I think) and it's in there that you can enter the authors name.
