Well, the driver said he "didn't know anything about it"...... what are the chances the kid put the beer in the seat-belt so he could play about in the back of the car? sounds perfectly reasonable to me?

If they fined people like that here instead of giving them meaningless points and a £60 fine the driving standards would be a lot higher
