Assistance Required Please

I have been asked by my (soon to be ex) boss to see if I can find out the name of an aftershave as he wants to get some for someone as a gift.

Trouble is, he only has the empty bottle, and said bottle has no identifiers other than a label bearing a crest.
No name...nothing.

So, my little TP super sleuths, Does anyone know the aftershave in question, or have some devious way of finding out through the marvels of electronic trickery?

There are probably forums dedicated to men's perfumes etc.. Not being a shaver (or perfume wearer!), I'm afraid that's almost as helpful as I can be other than to suggest a visit to a well stocked shop that sells such items.

There probably are, but I certainly can't be arsed joining one to ask.

Is this a replacement for something the person he wants to give it to already uses or because he uses it and they like the smell.
If the latter I would be cautious, I used to work with a guy that used a fabulous aftershave, bought some for my then bloke and it wasn't the same !!

Just figured out that part of the crest is the Ishtar Gate, Babylon.
He needs to look for it next time he's out that way.

Hard to tell from the image but it looks like there is something text/numbering moulded into the base of the bottle? If so that might be a clue as to its origins?
