It's enough to make me buy another piece of kit :D

Yes - I'm on holiday for two weeks and the forecast for this week is rain, rain, rain :(

Fingers crossed that next week is better - although next Monday is a Bank Holiday so no doubt it'll be persisting down all weekend

It's enough to make me buy another piece of kit :D

I think it's time you replaced your 10-20mm Galaxy... And send the old one to me for long term testing... :D

Oh, and if you want to replace any macro lenses BH is on the lookout for one. All donations gratefully received

You can always add your own photo's to my noodlemania thread if you're looking for some indoor photography? ;)

That reply comes as no surprise:D

In this lousy weather I have a choice between doing the housework or going to the gym, mmmmmmm......... think I will go for the latter and hope not too many have looked out at the weather and come up with the same idea.

We are only a few days rain away from it being the wettest August since 1912!.

Blue skiiiess!

Nothing but Bluue Skiiies

Heere to - day!

Well,

"I'm sinnnngggging the rain just sinnngggging in the rain,"

But it is not a glorious feeling:D

It's getting me some good practice for when I move to rainy British Columbia in Canada :D However, I still have to come to terms with the fact that I won't melt if I get wet

Just trying to be helpful mate! :p

I was going to suggest you got yourself a weatherproofed 1dmk3 and sent me the 40D for testing too :D

hehe

For your efforts and perseverance Jon you can have first option on the Sigma.

Sorry not interested in weatherproof 1DM Mk 3 just so you can have 2 40d's as I am strictly a fine weather photographer, anyhow it does not have a built in flash:D............can I call myself a photographer .

its ok im waterproof :D and i dont really do bad weather toging

Looking out at the rain I notice even the lone sunflower in my garden looks sick of the weather.
