Although I love slide film, it's the camera that mostly does it for me.
I have a Nikon D3100 dslr which is horrible to use. You spend more time pressing buttons and scrolling through menus than taking pictures. I've taken some very good pictures with it, but it's a real chore and not enjoyable at all.
I prefer to use my Minolta X-300, Minox 35 etc. You can't get the low light shots that you can with the D3100, but I like using them, and I like winding on after each shot. I like how film cameras look and feel to use.
My ideal camera would be a digital version of a manual film slr.
