Getting a lovely blank page here when I try and login, anyone else here still with them after the continuing fiascoes? So very glad I did not close my Natwest account when I opened the TSB one.
 
Not getting a blank page, looks like I could login.
Last week I was having trouble for a couple of days.
I dunno what to say about it all, its just staggering that its still a pile of 5h1te after all this time.
I'm lucky I don't have to do a lot with it, its the slowest, clunkiest error ridden piece of garbage on the entire internet.......STILL
 
Did anyone actually get a proper response/resolution and compensation from April's balls up?

I occasionally get a letter saying it'll be another 4-6 weeks before they resolve it, then get another one saying the same.. Not had one for a while, maybe they have forgotten about me...
 
Not sure about the banking side but they still don't have the ability to switch mortgage products without advice. Apparently they focused on the "advice" side of things because they felt that this was more important for their customers. But it's quite obvious that without the advice side they wouldn't be able to take on new customers which can easily shop elsewhere, whereas current customers will find it a lot more difficult to switch mortgage providers so they don't need to care about them so much.
 
Seems to be working again now. Part of me was wondering whether the latest chrome update screwed it up like it did parts of Royal Mail's Business account section!
