I've had a few of these. The time is when they hand it over to the national postal service/delivery agents.....Royal Mail?. The USPS tracking ceases at this point until RM confirm that it was delivered.

I once sent some golf clubs by courier, they went missing, the online tracking system showed them at a depot in hammersmith at 4am, unfortunately the car boot they went in at 4.15am and the pub they were sold in at 11am weren't on the tracking system

I had one of them for about a quartet to midnight CT. Go to the parcel farce website and you should be able to keep tracking it from there.
