Yes
as above or any where any in striking distance from london. fancy getting the bike and camera out and go for mission.

Not sure what your definition of "cool" is, but Whitstable has a bit of character, IMHO.

Leigh on Sea, Burnham on Crouch, google those for a start. Old Leigh too.

Hastings has some picturesque net lofts and fishing boats usually up on the pebble beach.

Not exactly Mousehole, but there are working boats in Folkestone harbour to my recollection.

Rye harbour might be worth a shot too.

It is very pleasant as a seaside town but if he wants harbour then thats about as bad as it gets - nasty tiny industrial place.

Hastings perhaps is another option - one of the few places in the UK that has a working fishing fleet that launches from the beach, plus all the drying/smoking sheds, plenty to shoot down there.

Mostly this one ..

well it is a photo forum. :D

How about you? cant think what a formula400 might be..CBR, VFR RC? I used to have a CBR400 gull arm, fab bike, sold it last year though
...or is it a formula 400 racing class?

Littlehampton when the weather is rough. When we bought our Larson we put on quite a show getting out of the harbour for the photographers.

Not quite South East, but Christchurch on a sunny day by the public slipway is fun for some great candids. I just love mooring up by that new hotel and watch them launch and recover. Hilarious.

Then Poole Harbour is always good for a spectacle with both Sail and Powerboats. And on a sunny day being at the point in Sandbanks is also a good spectacle. As a lot of boats come together with commercial ships on two channels and power hungry characters like me can finally open up those big V8's :-) Raggies don't like that.

now a sv650 that i am growing to love, only thing i can insure as my drz,r6 being stolen lost all my ncb.

ill be googleing those places, cheers dude.

Rye Harbour is nice and is a bit of a weekend mecca for bikes to (if you see a black and orange Superduke it might be me), from there you can ride the coast through Camber on to Dungeness for some more good hooning and photo opportunities.

I would say Hastings then if you fancied it you are only about 25 miles from the gem of Dungeness. Your shoot some working boats and then travel to Dungeness and do the abandoned boats
