Apple TV help!

I'm trying to set up my Apple TV for my parents (the last generation one, not the new one) I've run a software update but the now tv app just isn't showing!? Any ideas why? My gran has one and the now tv shows on hers just fine!

That's wierd- mines got latest software and the Now TV is there- maybe try a reset?

Have you tried a reset or re-install ?

There seems to be quite a few pages on the Now TV site, with issues with the app (and lack of it previously) - might be worth a look / ask on there to see if there's another answer.

Also seems you may need to download the app - have you searched for it ???

hmm I’m going to try reset now, I didn’t think that would need it as I reset it yesterday anyway.. just seems very very odd! Will report bck..and cheers for the help!

I restored it again and the second time it worked! Happy days! Searching? How do you do that, you can search and install new apps not he TV? I didn’t know that - this is only the last generation one though?
