Just using common sense. On a related subject we have our ex-Foreign Secretary (so in charge of "MI6) saying that the Brussels bombers learnt their use of burn phones from Edward Snowden though their use has been demonstrated in most TV crime dramas almost since cell phones became common.

Whether I believe 'all the public statements of security agencies' is of no concern in this thread.
