Apple keyboards...

I have 2 usb and a wireless version of the chunky keyboards Cowasaki. You can have a usb version if you cover postage. 'tis a bit grubby but in good working order. Alternatively I will keep hold of it for you if you are planning a trip to London soon enough

That is very civil of you, I will PM you.

I think you might be the only person in the world who likes that above keyboard cowasaki. It's horrible, even the design is horrible, let alone using it, reminds me of one of them PC Line crappy keyboards just in white. Every now and then Apple make a total muck up, this keyboard was one of them,

also was that crappy round mouse with the first iMacs and more recently was the new ipod shuffles where there was no controls on the ipod, just in the earphones forcing you to have to use the earphones that came with the ipod or buy an adapter

the new aluminium one is much better in my opinion.

+1, when I bought my White 20" iMac back in 2006 I had the wired version of that keyboard and after a while the clunking of the keys and the general usage of it started to drive my crazy...fast forward 2 years and I rushed out and bought the aluminum one and I have never looked back(after getting one included with my newer iMac)

Mike.

It's really strange that but like I said I actually bought one of those horrible aluminium keyboards and didn't like it at all. Sold it on here and stayed with the lovely white ones :)

I find the Aluminium one too small too, I do have hands like bunches of bananas though :)

I just managed to get a wireless one on here, after putting a wanted advert on the forum, within an hour I had one at a bargain price. It's the three battery one, not sure if there was any difference to the newer 2 battery one, next is to hook up two monitors when I get my new desk area sorted. Snow leopard come pay day, and then hunting for Aperture 3 updated version for the best price. Seen some cheap on ebay, but think chances are high it may be dodgy.

that is strange since the keys are the same size, it's just the height and the angle and the depth that are different.

I had the previous wireless keyboard and I've now got the new wireless one. They are both fantastic :D I love the size of the new keyboard its so slim and fits on my lap perfectly.

i want one of these

Don't think it works with mac though :(

Just have to live with my gorgeous aluminum Apple.

these new aluminium keyboards everyone is on about - are they different to the ones I have and have had for about a year and a half? they look identical to mine whats changed?

Just bought two extended wired aluminium ones and love them. I didn't get on with the compact version, nor the wireless ones (can't see the point unless you have it on your lap or something).

The old ones feel horrible after using the new ones.

Nothing, you have the latest keyboard, the only difference is that you can get the smaller keyboard (ie without number pad) as USB too.

the wire is a bit limiting though as its not particularly long
