i asked them to refund me because i bought an app by mistake (only works on 3Gs).
they say that all itunes purchases are final and cant be refunded but i thought it was worth a go.

what a nice reply i got back (even if its a little over sugary, and of course cut and pasted from list of standard replies).
but its still nice :)

I think I rather like Sharron

better than nothing
at least you have proof that they acknowledged your issue

Apple customer services have always been great for me :)

I feel sorry for the developers in the case of app store refunds though. I read a developers blog not long ago and he was moaning about how Apple took 30% of the app sale but when a refund comes along apple takes 100% of the dev. (one reason I don't get refunds on apps) system ain't fair!

heres one of the many blogs from a google - here

I would strech as far as saying that that will be an indian Call centre, using "Phasing" from automated replys.

We have software for a client in work that works quite similar and the guys use alias names.
