Anyone waiting on a Sigma lens being delivered

Been waiting on a Sigma lens being delivered for 10 days now.

Retailer emailed me this morning saying that Sigma has just taken delivery of a large batch of lenses and is working through a pile of backorders.

I ordered a sigma lens from jessops about a month ago, They still have not contacted me to say its in, And I've bought one now from a fellow TP'er. It will be a loverly conversation when they do eventually call me.

I ordered a Sigma lens from Jessops on 19th January. I've not heard a peep since. It's lucky I'm in no rush.

Eeek! The price has risen from £379 to £599, at Jessops, since I ordered. If they don't honour the original price I think I'll manage without it. The best price today on Camerapricebuster is £557. I'm not paying that either.
