Tomorrow Virgin are due to switch all its Mobile folk over to O2. Whether this is good or bad is debatable BUT I'll admit to being concerned about whether I'll have a working mobile phone tomorrow. I don't have a working Landline at present and no mobile could be a horrendous problem for me - over 80, a widow with limited mobility
All the real help/advice Virgin has given is to have phone fully charged and it should just happen. Then they made a comment that some folk will need new SIMcards
OK my phone is an iPhone 8+ and I'll ensure it's fully charged before I head to my bed tonight. A good friend in London [ I'm in what my husband always called civilisation in the North
] has suggested that I should restart my phone while brewing my coffee tomorrow morning.
Does anyone else have any suggestions advice ? I'm not very technically minded and can struggle at times with the technology I have
I'll admit to being a bit panicky about this
