Anyone used this MT-24EX diffuser?

Has anyone used these diffusers for the MT-24EX Macrolite with good effect?

I have a pair of cheapo Gary Fong Puffer lookalikes but they are a bit fiddly to stick on to the flash heads, so was wondering if these would be an improvement.

I have a pair of these, or at least something very similar and they work fine.
