I have a negative experience - bought a set of interfit lights, and an interfit wireless transmitter - they failed to communicate with each other, so agreed by telephone to have them collected and returned. All good so far. They stated refunds only occurred once a month - so I'd have to wait 3 weeks for the next run. I waited - no refund came. I wrote to ask what was happening - no response. I wrote again asking to review my refund - no response. After 7 weeks (i.e. the next refund run) still no refund. In the end I gave up - and went through my credit card provider instead and got the refund that way. Very poor communicators, very poor after sales service - however competitive prices. So you take your chances - if nothing goes wrong - you're fine. If it does - expect some issues.
