Anyone used Karl Hugger Studio in Sheffield?

For my 40th I was bought some studio time at this studio so I emailed the studio with a few questions regarding the type of shots that I want to take and how best to use my time as my experience in a studio is limited to say the least. They replied asking to ring to speak to them. I have now tried ringing at least 8 times, each time going straight to answerphone. I have subsequently emailed twice explaining that I can't get through and if they could respond via email. This 'saga' has now been going on for over a month and I'm now getting understandably concerned. I keep trying to tell myself that there's a reasonable explanation such as they're away on holiday, having IT issues etc but has anyone used this company before and can put my mind at rest?

I've not used them myself, but I do know (from quite a few years ago) some camera club buddies did do, so they have been around a far while (if they still are that is !!!)

OK thanks. I don't know what else I can do though re contacting them. The website's still up an running, and they have responded once, but I just don't understand why they are no longer responding to emails or answering the phone :(

Thanks, that's very kind of you but I'm going to be over that side of Sheffield myself next week so could go past myself (unfortunately it'll be out of hours so can't call in). If you happen to go past then please take a look as I'd really appreciate it, but please don't go out of your way (y)

Its pretty much on my way home... And it might result in ah lass buying me a pint in riverside so... ;)

Went past where I thought it was last night after work and couldn't even locate the place.. I am basing this off a rough look on google maps before I left work.

Well I just nipped down to the Studio myself in my lunch hour and it all looked closed. I did ring the doorbell but no answer. I can't help but be concerned they've gone out of business.

Interesting, so they can tweet but not answer emails or phone calls.
 
Worth asking that question on Twitter?
 
e- mail them saying your going to cancel your studio time see if they reply to that !!
