Anyone used gadgetbuyers.co.uk?

Ordered a gorillapod SLR Zoom from 11 days ago but not had it yet and they haven't responded to emails through the contact form on their site. Can't find a phone number.

I paid on a credit card so I guess I can claim it back through them if it doesn't turn up.

Well after lots of hassling I eventually got my Gorillapod - still not massively impressed though. Took several weeks and no info from them apart from after lots of chasing from me.

Once you place your order we will send you an order to confirm your payment, we will then update you to say that your order is passed to the warehouse for dispatch. For items that are in stock your order will be sent within 2 working days unless we email to advise you otherwise.

Once the parcel has been collected it will be delivered in line with Royal mails terms of service. 1st Class post can often arrive within 2-3 days, however Royal mail state that 15 working days must be allowed from collection for the parcel to arrive. If your order has not arrived after this time we will happily investigate the non-arrival of the item and take the appropriate action to resend it if royal mail cannot locate it.

So, in essence, they're within the 15 working days, but I whole-heartedly agree that communication with customers is very important, especially for a store that purely exists in a virtual/web state.

Glad to hear you got your Gorillapod in the end though
