Anyone used Fotoxen?

No and from what I've seen of their website I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

No address, no phone number, no telling where they are, no way to contact them except via their contact page. Other people elsewhere have pointed out that though they claim to have been in business for 5 years the domain name was only registered a year ago and the site is hosted through 3rd party resellers so you can't find out who the site really belongs to. Apparently you can pay via paypal but the payments go to an individual with a yahoo email address.

Add to that lot Samyang make some seriously crap lenses (which is why they are so cheap) even if the site does turn out to be genuine I think you would be disappointed with your purchase.

That paypal coverage was the only reason I was considering them in the first place. They also pay to advertise on Google so someone somewhere must have used them... think I will stay away until I get a few good feedbacks of them though.

That is a bit harsh - you need only type samyang 14mm or 8mm into google to see how good and sharp these cheap lenses are. Admittedly on the 14mm the distortion would probably not be good enough to do serious architecture photography, but for landscape it should be more than adequate. Here is some light reading and samples if you dont believe:

There's a whole thread about samyangs in the equipment forum. I bought an 85 mm 1.4 and have been very pleased

samyang linky Might not be for you if you don't like manual focus though.

There's a link to where I got mine from too, and a few sample images from various people.

You could be right and it's just an opinion, I will admit to never having used one but I've read poor opinions on their stuff a number of times over the years. Having bought supposedly good lenses at the cheaper end and been disappointed myself, I'd rather save up for decent glass now. Ymmv as they say.
