Anyone used Ebay seller pulidcellphone

My Experience with the company was I had a offer price accepted with postage to Greece of £13.99 making a total spend of £253.99 then the email came, postage would more £25 so I agreed to pay the extra £11, not good enough they wanted in total £39 for P&P.
Now I understand that the Godox 360 is large but £39 worth large?
Anyway told them it was a rip off and got a refund. Would I recommend this company?
