Anyone used aperture for mac?

I'm looking at getting aperture for Mac as its easy to get existing photos into it.
Anyone have any experiences good/bad?

I use it all the time and it does fine for me yet some others prefer lightroom.

Best bet is to get a free trial of both and see which suits

I dont think so now they sell it through the App store?
I may be wrong but i thought they stopped it.

If you're passing an apple store they generally have aperture on some of the demo units which you can try

I moved to lightroom but I used aperture for a fair while, it probably 90% as good as lightroom imo
