Anyone use SD-CF adapter

Hi all, does anyone use one of these ? As sold here, it just seems to good to be true.................is it ?

Ah, so that's the catch then, even with an 8gb extreme sandisk in, wouldnt the camera buffer hold the info whilst the card catches up ? I know that sounds silly but the 50D will buffer 90Jpegs or 11 Raws, i cant see myself shooting off 11 shots so quickly the card couldnt keep up ??

I've used one with an eye-fi card and it keeps up for most 'everyday' situations in my 7D, no good for high speed bursts of RAW or for video but no real problems the rest of the time. It can report as being unable to read a card but removal and re-insertion normally cures that. Have to say though that I rarely bother anymore.
