Anyone Photographed Woolerton Park Nottingham

I am thinking of having a run down to Wollerton Park Nottingham this weekend as I have been told there is a deer park.

Was wondering if anyone has been to photograph the deers and if so would a 70-200 f2.8 lens be sufficient.

Loads of deer in the park. Thres also a good farming type museum display and other stuff.

In case you have not gone already, I've been a few times and you can often get quite close to the deer. The only problem is if they all go off and hide on the nearby golf course. If you can go a little further you might consider Bradgate Park in Leicestershire which has many more deer.

Armed Forces weekend at Wollaton, you might struggle with deer but plenty of other stuff going on. Free entry on foot, Fiver to park the automobile.
