Been trying to move from a basic membership to a paid one and for some reason the site doesn't seen to be accepting UK post codes, but insisting I input one.

I have tried contacting then through the forum but it is badly spammed at the moment.
In addition I have tried sending a pm on the forum but am getting no reply.

Anyone know of a different way of contacting them via email perhaps?
 
How are you inputting your post code?

Have you tried not including a space?
 
Did you not have to make an account to use the basic setup in the first place, if yes is there not a way to just use your current details and upgrade?

If not and you are trying to set up an account fresh at what point does it reject you?

It lets me input all my details including my postcode, I have not however clicked on continue
 
I used my basic account and clicked on the button for the 50 euro upgrade. It failed at the postcode part every time and I tried loads of times in different ways.. I have registered again using another email address and it has taken the postcode. Obviously just a glitch in the system.
