What's the weather and road conditions like around Brigg and Scunny? Supposed to be heading up there tomorrow but I'm a bit worried it's gonna be unsafe....

The motorways and main roads are fine Pat, there is some ice and snow on the minor roads so its fine here

Cheers Peter, was a bit wary of what it would be like. My folks are near Hull and they've had loads of snow and now sheet ice everywhere

loads of snow in hull pfft :lol:

sheet ice Definatley yes

last night it was a little bad 2 inch's in a couple of hours that was the worst we have had

the roads are well gritted over here the side roads are bloody dangerous but just watch the main road's now and again they have caught people out when they have been driving too fast

the worst day for ice was 3 days ago i went to psot office and in 10 mins my screen was iced over and thick we have missed the worst of all this weather and caught a snow but not as bad as the rest of the country

they have now warned the area for very bad weather for the next few day's so get here and get out quick lol
