That is aerial photography from a vehicle or otherwise, with a high mast??
Just been browsing various places and came accross a landrover for sale with a full aerial 20m pneumatic mast.
Ive been looking to buy a Landrover for a while, and this caught my eye. There is a real posibilty I wont be able to continue my current job after my operation in January, as it may just be too heavy and labour intensive to do after major surgery, so in the back of my mind Ive been thinking of what else I might be able to do should the worst happen.
Now I have no expeirience with this (I have little experience in anything bar my current job), but it sounds quite interesting, but I dont know how much of a demand there is for such a thing. I remember reading an article in a LR mag a while ago about someone who kitted thier Defender out with gear and was making a killing from it, photographing country mansions for high end estate agents and other clients who wanted aerial shots of thier property.
Even if it wouldnt be a profitable buisness, I reckon it would be quite fun to try, and the gear all packs up neatly inside and on top of the Landie, so you could use the landie as normal and just have the stuff there as and when you want it. It would certainly be good for some unique shots!
Anyone ever done this sort of thing, or know anyone who has?
