Looking at getting one for the kids. Probably 8ft but maybe 10ft. Want one with all the bits (enclosure, ladder, cover etc...), trouble is, all the sites I found on google have a number of choices but all seem to look the same.

Any recommendations? Looking to spend around £150 ideally, and want a solid one, not one that wobbles or will fall apart in a year.

TP is one I bought and was good quality for the price, few years old now and still great. Plus had the initials of my son and my favourite forum printed on it.

we had this dilemma last year and after a bit of review reading the Jumpking 10ft w/ enclosure came out as one of the better ones so we got that (£99 Asda)..

well its still out there going strong, been through a years worth of weather, kids constantly on it, older kids when I have had the family around, and its still all intact.

Don't just get one with a net/fence around the top. See if you can get one with a net around to bottom too. (If they make such a thing)
That way any other children will (hopefully) not succumb to the temptation of being underneath whilst others are bouncing above them.
I'm a parent with experience. Experience of taking one to hospital with a shattered ankle when he laid on the floor and put his feet up towards his bouncing 12yr old brother on the mesh above.

We have a TP one with the surround - solid as a rock and has been outside for 5 years with no obvious signs of damage or any rust. A friend had a TP one that the padding got damaged in the winter and bought spares for it which I doubt you will be able to do with some of the cheaper ones

I bought a KMS from Flea-bay. The criteria I used was the gauge of metal used in the frame. Some of the cheaper ones are thin metal but it is something which is mentioned in the spec of most so is easy to check. During the last winds our one stood up to a 500m journey across a couple of fields after clearing an 8ft hedge without touching it so it can certainly be described as sturdy!

No experience of them myself but a neighbour bought one for his. The two kids loved it for a few weeks.

The neighbour is thinking perhaps it wasn't such a good idea as it is large (admittedly the garden is smallish so the trampoline does dominate it a bit) and other than bouncing up and down it has no other uses and it seems the kids got bored with the idea.

My kids have used theirs for 5-6 years now and despite the eldest being 13 now she still uses it..!
As others have said, a net is essential, and for us it was worth spending the extra on a decent one as it has had to last !
We bought a Plum trampoline as at the time they seemed to be one of the best.
