Trying to put an order in just now and I can't complete the checkout, tried two cards, just keeps coming up with unable to complete :bang::bang:
 
cleared ok this morning.
 
okay, now it's coming up with the blue bar thing and hanging for ages :(
 
I did have a problem a couple of weeks ago, it appeared to go through but got a mail from them a little later saying it hadn't, I just opted to pay when I collected them!

Not sure if it's connected at all, but I was using a Visa Debit!
 
i paid with VDC yesterday - no probs here

You're not kidding either :D Two new rugs and she's still going strong :lol: She's got some stamina that one :D
 
hmm, seems it's a firefox problem, just put through another order using IE8 and it sailed through :thinking:
 
I can't get it to work on Firefox at all, but I purchased some on Wednesday and had trouble paying, didn't receive a confirmation email but they arrived on Friday morning ;)
