Usually park in Charlotte Street, but minimum parking charges is £5 and I only need to pop into one shop in Bath Centre.

A friend said they park at a Sainsbury if only popping in for say an hour. Having looked online, there are 3 Sainsbury.

Anyone know which has parking and closest walking distance to the shops?

you will be wanting this one.
Sainsbury's, Green Park Station,Green Park Rd, Bath, BA1 2DR :D

sweet thanks

just past charlotte street around the square and down, i think ;-)

Correct, although your better heading for B&Q as that will get you to the entrance of Sainsburys.

Good luck!

thanks for the replies

managed it, although a little confusing

went past charlotte street around queen square and round traffic lights past homebase. how odd is having sainsbury petrol station not that close to the store.

it was very busy and even more busy heading out. gave up on coming back the way i came as the traffic was at standstill around queen square turning towards charlotte street. think i could have taken a different route back towards bristol, but ended up heading to the motorway.

it was nice walking through old station next to sainsbury with the market stalls

next time come in and exit via the lower Bristol Road. Pass gas station and turn left into HB carpark, walk through Green Park station and start clicking or spending.
