I had alook at the course you have identified and my personal opinion is your not getting a lot for your money. It depends on what you want but just searching the internet I found this course
It gives content that would suit a beginner and seems to contact far more that the course you identified and you have a certificate at the end of the course. I also found some very indepth courses all done as home study for only £50 more that the course you ask about.

Check courses carefully if they are not offering some form of accreditation for the work you complete be wary as unaccreditied courses may not be as good as they first appear.

I'd say for £49 its going to help you move your photography and is not a lot of money in the education market so to coin the phrase "its worth a put"
