I live in a small town (pop 800) and this summer the town is having a come home year celebration. Iviting all the pass residents to come back for a visit. Anyways i'm am trying to get a few photos of the town together for sale. I have a couple that i am pleased with but this one i am having trouble. Hoping someone can help me out. My idea is to have rays of light coming from the sky and maybe a pair of hands coming out of the clouds. Anyone care to have a go and jot down what they did. I'm pretty good with photoshop and following directions. Thanks...

That's a pretty good try. Here is what i came up with but i'm not satisfied with it.

Both look great to me but I wouldnt mind knowing the steps you took to create this one.

So you're asking for edits that you're going to sell. How does that work?
 
No, it's ideas that i'm looking for. I have already made a few photos and am selling them faster than i thought i would. It's not until july that the come home year begins. I didn't ask people to do what they are doing though. I think it's just rude of some of the things i see here with this photo. If you're not going to help than i think it would be best not to post...

That doesn't look like a request for an idea to me. It looks like a request for an edit, along with instructions as to how to achieve the end result that you're then going to sell.

Leaving aside the McDonalds and Monty Python edits that have been posted so far, I'm just wondering why you think anyone on here should give up their time to further your (or your Church's) financial gain.

Let's assume I have a great idea that makes your image stunning. It'll sell loads of copies and make many $$. Where do we go from there?

It's simple. If they jotted down what they did then i can do pretty much the same or it would give me ideas to something a little different. I wouldnt use a photo that someone put on here. If it's not mine then i wouldnt sell it...

I said i wanted it for to try to sell so people knew up front what i wanted it for...

I think you need some schooling lol. There is no so called backtracking. I know what i meant and i know what i said. You can change it if you want, i wont.

You don't have to bother giving edits lol. It's for people that dont mind doing it. Seriously, i think you're a bit offfffff track there...

Mate relax, theres no need in this, have you even looked at the edits. He isnt exploiting anybody, if anything he is trying to learn some PP. People seem happy to offer edits. You dont, so there is no need to comment!
