Anyone worked out whats where?

i used the black background on lats site..Tthis blue and white is bloody awful on the eyes. Looks like a wedding photographer website at the moment...

any one know if we can change setting?

and I liked looking at friends to see lastest posts from them.... i can;t seem to find posts when on there profile page.....

will get used it ..... but not this blue white look.......
 
Hopefully it will be possible to change the style at some point, I'm not a fan of bright white forums.

Handy hint for folk - email notification is ON by default for threads you make or post in, turn it off by clicking on your username in the top menu, then Preferences.

If you're using a newer version of Android to upload content make sure to disable the Flash uploader option in your preferences as well.
 
As for posts from friends, it looks like they'll show here for people you follow.
 
It is pale blue and pale grey, if the main background looks white you need to calibrate your monitor
 
I have to say, it looks white on my laptop as well.

EDIT: ColorPic shows:

Hue: 0
Sat: 0
Val: 252
Red: 252
Grn: 252
Blue: 252

(So not quite white, but pretty close)

I am using an Eizo ColorEdge monitor, calibrated with the brightness at 50%, it is fine on the eyes ... the legal document small print text size is a different matter o_O

ive had no emails. you sure youre not looking at the alert options which make a facebook style badge int he top right corner?

Negatory, it may be disabled elsewhere but if you click or hover over your username and choose preferences you should see what I mean.
