I need to set up a system so that we can invoice customers annually.
We can create the invoices in TAS, it is the system to remind us to create the invoice.
We can't use outlook to do this as we can't set up email reminders, I'm thinking of using Google Calendar and create 2 items for each customer - end of current contract and create invoice date and then set up email reminders so we get emailed when we need to take action.
Can anyone think of a simpler system to set up? Something which will email us to take action (people will forget to go into the software to check).
