Yes
We had a barbaqueue tonight and my wife said to me, "Do you remember what you did last night?", "no", I said.

"Well, at around 5 o'clock in the morning you tapped me on the shoulder and said 'Just checking you are OK', then you fell asleep again. I couldn't get to sleep again!".

I said that was unusual. And my wife said,"The problem is, it isn't unusual. Although this is the first time you've said anything you do this at least once a month".

I'm not a particularly anxious person and my wife is a healthy ***ish year old so no real health issues.

I guess I've just been ruminating on this.

Cheers all...time for me to go and wake my wife up :)

Too early - wait for a few hours

Ha Ha wait until she tells you that you had sex last night........And then wait for the sparks when it turns out you were asleep...

My OH does this sometimes.

I've known her to sit upright in the dark and start talking to me. One time she pretty much shouted a bunch of random words.

She hasn't done it for a while (or I'm sleeping through it) but it tends to happen a few nights in a row when it does. I guess maybe it's during a period of light sleep like a dream? She remembers nothing and what she says never has any relevance.
