yes, I bought a £1000 lens from them - it's genuine UK stock, was delivered promptly etc. etc.
In short they are fine.
 
Yep my local shop, both Graeme and Gareth are spot on.

Their printing isn't too shabby either.

Bought my first 1dmkIII from them paying by bank transfer. they ahve a real shop unlike a lot of companies trading only by websites.. Deffo OK to deal with :) .......... IMHO
 
Bought my 30D from them a while back. Spot on with next day delivery. Would use them again no prob!
 
outstanding outlet, and they will price match just about anyone (ex tinternet).
A great bunch of guys and very helpfull, and always a pleasure to visit the shop
 
Generally postive - I got my D700 from them, and they were £300 cheaper than anyone else on launch day.

On a less positive note, I ordered something before Christmas and their system took payment upfront, and I never got anything. Seemed the order had got lost, and it was hard for them to track it down - annoying as my CC statement clearly showed nearly £1k debited by them!
 
My local shop, definitely a good bunch of guys, spent over well £1000 with them. My wifes Grandpa gets his stuff from them and they beat the best net prices on his Pentax gear he bought from them.
 
I recommend them, good guy on the other end of the phone too.

I bought my D700 from RGB tech last week and it arrived quickly too.
 
As Andy, I got my D700 £300 cheaper on launch week aswell
