No experience.

Is it worth for a £70 saving over known retailers like Amazon & WEX?

If your going to buy from HK - then either go with Digital Rev or Onestop-Digital - as then you'll guaranteed NO VAT or Import duty/tax....

or you could try HDEWCAMERA's as well...

I just got stung by Froomoo.com

(I am an idiot I should have known better!)

In short:

-Item never delivered, not even a tracking number supplied even after 12 working days!
-Poor customer service (phone calls not returned, poor information given)
-Did not stick to stated delivery times as per their terms and conditions.
-Items despatched directly from HongKong....beware of potential import duty's, and due to time difference the customer service team are unable to get instant or accurate information from the despatch depot without at least a days notice....I didn't get any information.

Would strongly recommend avoiding this company. (I am still awaiting my refund with little hope of getting it without a fight)

Did you pay via credit card? if so raise a dispute with the CC company.
 
i did pay by credit card, and will for sure go down that route, but i have guessed that it will still be quicker for them to authorise a refund rather than raising a case with the card company. for now im stuck with having to wait for their 10 day policy.....i'm calling every day to nag winge and generally be difficult...will not stop calling until i get my refund.....if this fails then im right on to the card company..... `i am more irritated with myself for getting caught in this trap......a bad company to get involved with for sure.
 
Further to the above post I am now over the 12 working days refund time as stated on froomoo.com’s terms and conditions and still no refund received…..i have now made more phone calls to them and have had more empty promises received from the froomoo staff … no explanation for this entire debacle….. now pursuing credit card company for a refund……..in case anyone is interested in writing to complain to them if they too have been stung by this sham of a company, the address of the parent company that takes the payments is
